Tasks and responsibilities:


Supporting the liaison between OCOGs and the IPC,
Monitoring and reporting on the complex project planning, following-up of tasks and milestones related to Paralympic Games organization in collaboration with the IPC departments and OCOGs as well as developing and managing the IPC monitoring tools,
Co-ordinating and implementing research and analysis on Paralympic Games-related projects,

preparing documents (agenda, status reports and follow-up reports), and drafting official letters and reports,

I work with Exxon Mobil in the UK and I will be coming to Switzerland for an 8 weeks working holiday.
The main task of the Personal Assistant would be to take me to the few places I need to go and basically assist me in everything i may intend to do being a foreign national in Switzerland.


The candidate must be familiar with most areas in Switzerland.

Our client is oversea banking group. You will be reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance, the incumbent is required to provide legal and compliance services that support and facilitate the delivery of business plans, projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: *


Perform statutory and regulatory compliance functions *
Develop and implement compliance policies, programs and conduct compliance reviews *
Ensure various compliance reporting requirements are met for both internal and regulatory reporting *
Review legal agreements, administrative forms / declarations, training materials, marketing literature, product documents and sales materials to ensure compliance standards are met *
Keeping abreast of current compliance and regulatory trends and best compliance practices within the industry *
Co-ordinate and manage ad-hoc compliance and corporate projects and tasks *
Provide corporate secretarial services to the Group’s insurance entities if needed
